Happy International Women's Day!

This International Women’s Day we wanted to honor one of the most legendary San Francisco Architects, Julia Morgan. You may know her as the architect for the famous Hearst castle commissioned by William Randolph Hearst in 1919. Morgan went to architecture school in France before moving to San Francisco and becoming the first woman to be a licensed architect in California!

We had the pleasure of doing cosmetic work and staging on a Julia Morgan property last year. To celebrate the occasion we wanted to reminisce on the beauty of this home and its unique characteristics.

We thoroughly enjoyed working on this space to highlight its gorgeous original design from over 100 years ago. As a woman owned business ourselves, we are so grateful for women like Julia Morgan that paved the way for us in this industry.

The home even has an indoor pool encased in an atrium, an extremely rare feature for San Francisco.

We encourage you to support a woman owned business whenever possible. If you are in need of residential cosmetic renovation or staging, you can request a proposal by clicking the button below.
